Exhibit Contents
Each Freedom Summer Traveling exhibit contains 12 panels, each approximately 7 feet tall and 3 feet wide. They will arrive in three separate boxes, each containing four of the panels. These panels arrive in labeled carrying cases for easy identification, assembly, and deconstruction. Instructions for assembly and deconstruction, as well as printed text copies of the panel contents, are available in binders included in the shipping boxes.
Reservation and Fees
- 8-week participation period: $150
- Some institutions may qualify for free or reduced fees and shipping; please contact us for details.
- Venues cover insurance of $2,500 in case of replacing a full set.
Shipping
- Exhibition can be transported via personal/institutional vehicle by school/library/university staff or shipped via FedEx or UPS. Shipping fee in addition to participation fee.
- Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana shipping and handling: $100 flat rate

Exhibit Instructions
Each panel will arrive in a corresponding carrying case labeled with the panel’s theme. See attached PDF for panel assembly instructions, which will also arrive as a physical copy with the panels.
